FAQ

The bare minimum would be 20 minutes per step, but I encourage you to spend more than that.

Keep in mind that your plan is not carved into stone. Carving it into stone would probably not be the best use of your time, anyway. So squeeze in as much planning as you can each day, then come back and adjust as necessary.

Not if it’s a misguided goal, in which case the exercises will hopefully dissuade you from pursuing it.

But otherwise, yeah. The life workout program will help you hone in on exercises and devise a plan to work toward your existing goals.

It will also push you not over-focus on a specific area of your life at the expense of others. Instead, it will push you to work toward developing a well-balanced, flexible, super fit, and sexy life.

As soon as you sign up, you’ll get a welcome email. From there, you can go at your own pace by clicking the bottom at each email once you’re ready for the next step.

When you email me back your answers or questions regarding each of the life workout planning exercises, I will carefully read through it and reply with feedback, answers, and ideas.

I can’t guarantee a response within a certain window of time, but will do so as soon as I can.
