What the FUKits?
No. Just show up. I’d prefer if you warned me that you’re coming, but no big deal if you make a last-minute decision.
I’ll try to keep them to one hour.
If anyone’s interested in going out for coffee or something else afterwards, they are welcome to do so. I may or may not join.
Minimum one (me). No pressure for you to join. I love working out by myself.
Other than that, I don’t know how many others. I expect (hope) not more than a few people.

Normally plyometric, calisthenic strength training:
- Sprinting
- Running
- Throwing
- Agility
- Squatting
- Lunging
- Smashing
Sometimes we may do an interval workout instead.
I won’t cater the workout to you but if you can’t do some exercise I will help you figure out alternatives.
You must wear a bottom. Everything else is optional. Workouts are barefoot on the sand.

Absolutely.
No, but sometimes our spouses and partners can be unsupportive co-parents and leave us with no other choice. In such case, kids can make crappy sandcastles while we work out.
My kids will often be around to play with (and distract me during our workout).
